[Age]: 19
[Gender]: Male
[Canon Point]: After Tartarus Arc
[History]: Wiki Link
[Personality]: Sting is a mostly laid back individual, though has a tendency to wear his emotions on his sleeve. He’s easily excitable, and loves having a good time whether it be a good fight, watching a good fight, taking a swim, or simply spending time with his friends. He’s also easily annoyed, and isn’t afraid to show his annoyance or disdain for someone or something by either complaining or getting physical. However, the only person he does get physical with when he’s annoyed with them is his best human friend Rogue. He’s also not one to hide his tears, though it takes a lot make him cry, like seeing his friend Lector seemingly die, or being reunited with him. Over all, Sting is a good guy, and wants to do the right thing, even if he is a bit rough around the edges due to his time in Saber Tooth under Jiemma's rule.
He’s an intelligent and observant person; he does research on potential opponents during the Grand Magic Games, and pays attention to opponents that he didn’t.
He’s more than a little arrogant, with a tendency to act cocky in new situations, or any situation really, though he’s working on getting better now that Natsu knocked some sense into him. He still has a tendency to look down on people weaker than him, but is making an effort to at least keep his judgment to himself. Even at his worst, he was never one for mocking. He does have a bit of a sadistic streak, enjoying seeing a curb stomp battle, and seeing the person get their rear end handed to them. He is, however, able to swallow his pride and apologize when needed.
He’s also on the vain side, with a tendency to wear clothing that shows off his body. He’s aware of his good looks, and of how powerful he is, and isn’t afraid to flaunt it.
Friendship and loyalty is something that Sting's working on. For a long time, due to the nature of the Saber Tooth Guild before he took over, he was only loyal to those he felt earned it, and the way to earn it was strength. This meant very few people had his loyalty. Lector, his exceed partner and best friend, was the only exception to this. During his five years at Saber Tooth prior to taking over he only really expressed loyalty to his partner and best human friend, Rogue and by extension, Rogue's exceed partner Frosch. With some towards the other members that made up 'Sabertooth's Five Strongest' Olga, Rufus, and Minerva, though at times they didn't always like each other. To those he viewed beneath him, he could be cordial and friendly with, but his loyalty would not be a given. For example when a newer member, Yukino, was kicked out for a loss in the tournament, his reaction calm and apathetic acceptance as he believed that the Saber Tooth was a guild only for the strong. Deep down, however, he was a man who valued friendships, but kept that part of himself hidden, even from himself, until Natsu Dragneel, his once childhood hero, and the rest of the Fairy Tail Guild challenged how Saber Tooth ran things. What really brought inner conflict to a head though was when it seemed that Lector had been killed by Jiemma, the then current master of Saber Tooth, he was able to tap into the feelings of rage and sorrow because of how much Lector meant to him and was able to defeat Jiemma in a single blow. He then had it pointed out to him by Minerva that he did value his friends, and that his strength came from his loyalty to them, and that embracing it would only make him stronger. During the last day of the Grand Magic Games, after having Fairy Tail's idea of strength shoved in his face for days, he finally saw just how strong the bonds of friendship really were.
Now, as the new guild master, Sting tries to emulate how Fairy Tail is run in an effort to improve it as work place and as a family. Sting has since opened up and become much more friendly and a little less cocky. His loyalty has expanded to everyone in his guild. He’s pretty laid back and doesn’t mind when his guild mates call him by his name rather than his title. He even goes so far as to risk his life for former guild mate Minerva, who had been turned into a demon, to bring her home. However, five years of a habit is hard to break, and he can be apathetic to those who aren't in his guild or a member of an ally guild. It's something he's working on though.
As a Dragon Slayer Mage, Sting is very proud of his power. Initially he viewed himself and Rogue as superior dragon slayers to their childhood idols of Natsu and Gajeel, first generation Dragon Slayers, as not only were they third generation, but had also killed their dragons, which at the time they believed was a thing Dragon Slayers were supposed to do. Ever since Natsu beat him and Rogue single handily though, he's come to reconsider how strong he is, and aims to defeat Natsu in a match again one day.
[Abilities / Strengths & Weaknesses]: As a dragon slayer Sting posses senses that are higher than normal peoples, scent in particular is much stronger. He’s an expert when it comes to hand to hand combat, and can endure hits that would wreck most people. His magic is holy elemental. He’s able to eat other holy elemental magic, energy, and items for power and energy. As a third generation Dragon Slayer he is able to enter Dragon Force at will, allowing him access to more powerful spells. One of his spells, White Drive, gives him better stamina and speed. Most of his spells are projectiles or breath attacks. One of his attacks, White Dragon’s Claw is capable of putting a stigmata on the target and immobilizing them.
The downside of being a Dragon Slayer, however, is severe motion sickness. Any vehicle in motion of any sort makes Sting’s stomach feel like it’s going release its contents.
[Limited Powers]: Can’t go into Dragon Force, and spells that he needs to go into Dragon Force to access (Holy Ray and Holy Nova) are lost to him. Can’t use White Drive. He can’t immobilize foes with White Dragon’s Claw. The spells he has left are less powerful here than in Earthland. Overall, his motion sickness will keep him from being effective on a ship.
[Other Important Facts]: Was raised by a dragon.

[Carrying a shovel over his shoulder, Sting makes his way through the jungle underbrush. Though this is infinitely better than being on a ship, the misquotes are annoying]Damn bugs.
[slaps at arms] Can't wait to get out of this jungle.
[He keeps walking, grumbling under his breath until he comes to a clearing and pulls out a piece of parchment] This looks like the place.
[He looks around and walks over to a few feet to where the soil looks softest and begins to dig. He keeps digging until he hits something. Grinning he brushes the dirt off what he just hit, revealing something wood] Oh, what's this? Looks like I just found the treasure we're looking for.
[continues to dig around the chest and then pulls out a wooden chest from the earth] Alright, let's see what's inside!
[uses the shovel to destroy the lock and opens the chest revealing an white statue.] Huh, not what we were looking for. But...
[Takes a bite and chews on the arm of the statue.] It's a holy statue. Not the treasure we're looking for, but lunch for me! [proceeds to eat the statue]
